Those trunnion mounted API 6D ball valves are made of special forged stainless steel F44 ( S31254 ). End user sent third party inspector from BV to our factory to witness 100% testing of valves in Jun 2021. All the ball valves have already passed inspection and shipped out to end user in Jul 2021. As well as API 6D ball valve, RSF supply API 600 gate valve, API 6D swing check valve, API 594 dual plate check valve, BS1868 swing check valve, BS1873 globe valve, etc.

In the year of 2020, it's too difficult to arrange inspection traveling at domestic and abroad because of COVID-19. As an alternative, our quality engineer organize telematic inspection meeting with Euorpean customers by using WeChat, WhatApp, and TEAMS. The way of telematic inspection meeting has been proved workable and effective. RSF supply high quality API 6D ball valve parts including ball valve closure, ball valve body, ball valve stem, ball valve gland flange, support plate, ball valve trunnion, ball valve seat ring, etc.

With our staff's effort, total 596pcs floating ball valve and trunnion mounted ball valve get ready for shipment before 2020 Chinese New Year. The project requests ball valve shaft to be extended by 100mm because pipeline are coated with 100mm thickness isolation jacket.

The forged steel ball valve components, which includes closure, body, support plate, trunnion, shaft, and gland have been successfully delivered to our European client in Jan 2020 before Chinese New Year. The dimensions tolerance, 3D geometrical tolerance, and roughness are controled very well, because all those ball valve componnents are machined by CNC machine center and our engineer design special tooling for them.

Total 9pcs DN1200 double eccentric double flange butterfly valves, and other U-type butterfly valves have been tested well and delivered to customer in Oct 2019 from Tianjin seaport. As well as double eccentric butterfly valves, RSF supply concentric butterfly valve (double flanged, wafer, lug), ductile iron gate valve (resilient seat and metal seat), non return check valve (swing check, ball check, butterfly check), y-strainer, t-strainer, ball valve, globe valve, plug valve, knife gate valve, etc.

The project order which including 11pcs DN1000 resilient gate valves sucessfully past customer pre-shipment inspection and have already been delivered on time. 5pcs of them are actuated by AUMA motor actuator. AUMA engineer provides on-site commissioning and adjusting service.
